Lutherhaus Of Lincolnton is a senior low-income housing apartment subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It was organized and built by Emmanuel Lutheran Church in 1983 when members saw the need for housing for the elderly. Partnership Property Management Company oversees the operation and management of the property for the Board; and the Lutherhaus Board is appointed by Emmanuel’s Church Council.
